The incident occurred on January 6, I submitted claim to arc per their direction on the 7th then received no further communication or reply’s to emails for 2 months. Not a problem that it takes so long but communication is poor. Dominic did resolve my claim ngoss@arc.com was initial contact and had poor communication. You need more Dominic’s and less ngoss. Thanks for resolving my claim. Appreciate it.

I honestly thought Amazon had ignored my case and I was not expecting any further contact, so I was pleasantly surprised by the email from ARC and at first thought it might be a scam, but upon fully reading the emails, I realized it was my case from Amazon. The process was very straight-forward and all I had to do was resubmit my pictures of the yard damage and within an hour I had an acceptable (For me) compensation, even though I was not able to get a quote locally for the damage. I'm very happy with how this turned out; thank you.
