Thank you for helping me resolve this quickly. I have used ARC in the past and it was not quick or pleasant. My experience was much different for this claim!

I am pretty satisfied with the claims department. The Amazon driver that damaged my property gave me bogus information and I had to struggle to find who to call to get my property fixed. This is kind of soured my feelings toward amazon.

Very easy to deal with. My main complaint was not with ARC, but with Amazon. The driver who struck my garage gave me a phone number and two names to call. I was told, one of the two individuals would call me back within two days. After waiting the two days, I called the number provided. No one ever answered the phone number given to me, and after leaving multiple messages, no one ever called me back. Not sure if the number she gave me was fake. Had to make numerous other calls to try and get this resolved. Finally spoke to someone who directed me to the Claims dept. Once ARC took over, it was fast and professional. Thank you.

Everything is fast from the 1st initial incident day! They make me whole again in a quick fashion! No hassle, haggling and resolved before you have a chance to get down about the matter! Thank you for the best customer service I have ever received!!????

My husband and I were amazed at how quickly ARC settled our claim. We were contacted the day of the accident, and we received a check less than 24 hours after submitting our estimate.
