I noted a standard reply was sent out 7 times when I sent email inquiries. There was no name attached to the reply email and it felt very robotic. I wasn’t sure if I was talking to AI or a real person. In the standard reply there was no new info given and it didn’t address the questions in my email. Otherwise the beginning and the end result of the process were satisfactory. Thank you

It took a couple days to get routed to the right people and calling was the best method. Trying to use the chat feature was maddening, Doing so on a mobile device made it worse.
