Overall the process was much better than it has in the past. In this case though a week passed without any communication. I only received my payment after I reached out to support asking for a status update.

i hope the driver was told they can't just drive off after hitting something what if had been my dog or my grandkids

The response times due to system issues need to be improved. Other than that, everything went well beside one mishap.
