My only difficulty in this process was getting to the right people/department. I was transferred quite a bit before reaching the actual claims department. Otherwise, I was please with process and speed in which was handled and resolved.

After I selected form of payment I was told the adjuster would reach out again within 2 days to finalize payment. I heard nothing for about a week and followed up. The response to my follow up was misunderstood. So I had to follow up again to ask status of finalizing my claim. My claim has since been finalized.
