I really appreciate the prompt resolution of this claim. I would suggest though to use their backup cameras when backing up so they can see what is in back of them. If the young driver had used his, this would never had happened. Thank you again

I would of liked my adjuster to have communicated with me instead of having to call 4 times. It was handled promptly which was wonderful. Very stressful situation.

I hate that I had a careless driver who damaged my property but the claim was resolved quickly and other than a few miss communications it was resolved thx you
