The initial response of "you need to provide video" was petty, ignorant and unprofessional. It took a second incident the next day or two, driver worsened the damage and had to effectively threaten with a notarized statement from a lady across the street before they decided they wanted to believe me. The lady I dealt with on the phone was very pleasant, helpful & professional. Thank you for resolving this issue so quickly
