It was a bit cumbersome getting the proof of damage to the adjuster, but once the proper photos were sent forward, the process went quite well.

I am very disappointed that the Amazon driver drove off after the damage she caused. However for the supervisor at Amazon he was kind and for the insurance company; the insurance form was easy to fill out and the insurance company is efficient and fast.
