The form allowed me to upload any file format for the photo. This caused some back and forth through email requesting me to upload them in Jpeg instead.

The only criticism I have is that I was asked, repeatedly, to advise information that I had already given. If I have already explained all to Amazon, they should be giving that information to their insurance arm. Even once I was corresponding directly to your company, I was asked for the same information that was already given. That is annoying. Your should work on fixing that issue.
