My claim was quickly resolved and an e-check was e-mailed to me promptly once I sent statement of occurrence and pictures of property damage.

ARC Team was fine to deal with but I only received a partial payment for the broken item. This is unsatisfactory but I guess it’s all I can do. Pretty cheap policy for Amazon.

I was initially on the phone for 23 minutes to report the incident. During that time I needed to be transferred, but I wasn't on hold for more than two minutes, maybe! All parties I spoke with Wednesday evening were professional and efficient in handling the matter. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with considering the circumstances. Thank you for handling this matter so efficiently and professionally. I hope to never have to use these services again, but I can't say enough of your team members. Be well.
