I believe I should have be compensated a little more for the damage but I’m still happy with what I got . Accidents happen and you did the best you could to resolve it .

After I submitted the claim, I waited two to three days to call the ARC claims #, left messages, no responses. I was getting frustrated, So I did call another Amazon Customer Service # and finally got a response. The representative did find my claim # and explained the next few steps in the process, After, three days I did receive the check for my claim. I am very satisfied the ARC team and how my claim was handled.
