Several initial communications at the start were a little confusing but able to navigate and received relatively prompt responses. Claim was resolved satisfactorily.

Only suggestion I would make is that when payment is issued that it mentions as to how payment was issued eg: cheque or electronic payment. But other than that it was hassle free.

Initially, there was an offer that didn't take into account the full damage that was done, but then they agreed and paid the actual cost of repairs.
