When my photos and videos were not received, the agent reached out to me to request them, rather than just not respond. That helped resolve the claim quicker - because I would have never known they were not successfully submitted. Thanks for your help!

I was a bit confused about requirements of witnesses - which I was able to provide and resolve. I thought the emails were oddly worded, but ultimately the point was made and issue resolved.

There was an initial issue with the submission of the claim documentation, apparently the file size from the cellphone photo was too large and a brief concern but the resolution was swift and less difficult then anticipated. Thank you.
