Claim form was confusing - the notary fields implied that the form needed to be notarized, which was not required in our case.

In the end I believe we were treated and compensated for the damage we incurred. The one thing missing that I was understanding was supposed to happen was having contact and a conversation with the adjuster. That never happened. Seems it should.

Straight forward. Didn't need to call the FBI or any kind of forensic team for a simple damage claim. They saw the issue and took care of it , period!
