The first individual I spoke with about this matter was a customer service rep that kept guaranteeing me. They could fix the issue without me talking with the logistics and the ARC team and explain to them that that was not correct. I need to speak with logistics, so after I got over that speedbump with that representative, the logistics team was professional and quickly resolve the issue. Thanks Paul C

ARC was absolutely on the ball! They were very communicative from the start, through the entire process. The claim form was simple to fill out, attach photo proof and submit. I received payment for my claim less than 24 hours from submitting it. Thank you so much for your promptness and due diligence, much appreciated!

After a frustrating problem with the website, I was contacted by email apologizing for the the fact that the website was not functioning and asked to respond to questions by email. I then got a response saying they were going to reimburse me $95 for repairs. I received a check and am satisfied with the resolution. Thank you, Bonnie

I am satisfied up to this point in my claim experience. I am satisfied at the pace it seems to be getting resolved. I had some anxiety completing the online form, because I’m not very good with computers. I am impressed with the speed of resolution, because of the size of Amazon the company!
