I have not received my cheque yet, that may take a couple of weeks which is understandable. From the start I was treated with respect and they did everything to push the claim along. To be frank I was expecting a lot more push back, but the experience was painless.

Can't recall exactly what the issue with the claim form was but there was confusing or ambiguous questions or selections. Overall, the Amazon claims experience was far better than the FedEx "Just Say No" claims policy. At this point, I have personally been able to divert over $1500 away from FedEx over a $300 claim for my damaged lock box. I no longer keep track of my family and friends but I estimate around $10,000 dollars has been diverted away from FedEx simply because they refused to take responsibility for their drivers. Thank you for being responsible. Pride in what one does is fleeting these days. Shareholder satisfaction over customer satisfaction has become the norm.

A little confusing of whether to attach photos to the claim form or to email photos to agent; so I did both; but you should make it clear which single way to attach the photos.
