I would have rather had this not happen, even though the claim was handled efficiently once I reached a real person. I do not know what transpired between Amazon and the driver, whether the driver understands what distress he has caused. We very much regret the loss of a special plant, although we appreciate the actions of Amazon. Eva Pratt

At first, I was very disheartened to see the damage to my yard, and even more so to see on my ring video that it was caused by Amazon. From the first customer service call with Arman (?), the customer service and claims teams took over and did a wonderful job. You all have been extremely helpful in resolving this matter and have instilled new confidence in me as an Amazon customer. Once I finally got to Claim Service -most pleasant and cooperative. The convoluted rat race to get to claims; distressing and circular. CS phone to someone in the Philippines - then email chain to delivery services transferred to some other sub categories. One call to someone in this country would seem better.
