some initial confusion about sending the claim, everyone very nice, and they did resolve, and the check arrived in a week, which was reasonable. I appreciated their assistance. Better than I expected, and I appreciated the option to get a check, as Amazon did not seem to have a replacement item.

Overall my experience with ARC has been good. I have not received payment yet, so it is premature to say i am 100% satisfied. once I have check in hand, i will be grateful. The most difficult part of the process was finding the phone number to call initially. Thank you for your prompt response
