My initial reaction was the claims process was purposely made overly complicated to discourage people from filing a claim. I reluctantly followed all the demands that were made but expected more roadblocks to completing my claim. But then to my surprise, my claim was approved and a check for more than what I expected was sent to me. Overall I'm very satisfied,

Hello, I would like to have a paper check by mail. I am really disapointed to know that you are only paying half of my soumission I send you. As I can see Amazon is only tacking half of the responsability of the accident your driver caused. It is not only the money I have to spend for the damages you caused but also the time I have to take to be with the construction people that will come to my house.
