This matter may have been resolved, but the root of the problem is still there. I had a driver pulling over in our yard again today. I spoke of my concerns, but not sure it will be taken to another level....as in "follow through." They are in a hurry, and they don't want to pull into driveways. Well, then, Amazon, just wait until there is an accident and it's b/c a driver was parked along the road, and cars behind him had to go around him...and were involved in an accident. You, AMAZON, will be the faulty party! Not teaching or desiring safety when your drivers are on the roads. You are the one who is pushing their drivers to do so many tasks that they are not looking at better, safer ways, but just "Get 'er done fast!" Is that the way it should be, AMAZON? Wish my UPS driver would teach them a lesson or two on safety! He was marvelous. He pulled in, or backed in, driveways, & always was safe! Unfortunately, he was moved, probably never to be replaced with the same good safety rules.

Very fast response. I wish the damage did not happen, but because ARC resolved the issue in a timely manner, I still feel good about Amazon and ARC

We had a hard time sending the ring video and in stead of getting hints to help we got we can’t proceed until you receive the video. Which frustrated us because the driver just left and if not for the ring would we have been left with a broken hoop and no restitution. We know by the video the truck had damage we have the day and time . We finally figured it out but we were very frustrated that it was all on us to prove and we told them they could come see the video or help us.. At one point they sent a email stating the case would close if we didn’t send it which we finally figured out not everyone is tech savvy. I was ready to cancel my Amazon account if the case was closed due to us not being able to send. A sorry this happened would have been nice not a prove it or lose it attitude. We had a 80th birthday party the Saturday after with 25 people and no hoop to use. Not to mention on the phone reporting it after a 14 hour day of work. So just upset with the attitude of me not being able to show it quick enough for them.
