The team was polite, quick and efficient. I was very pleased with how the claim was handled. My only recommendation to improve the process would be to review the claim form. It was a little confusing.

I at first thought the initial evidence of what happened was enough to warrant the damages to be taken care of but once I sent the second email after being told I hadn’t provided enough proof of what happened you did the right thing and approved the claim so I am appreciative that it is resolved thank you.
