I'm disappointed that I was not asked about a rental car. I didn't think about it but I feel that the Amazon insurance people deal with this all the time and should have mentioned it. After I agreed to the payment for the repair estimate, I emailed asking about a rental car and have not received a response except for this that was in the email with this survey. ( Please note that your claim has been resolved and that we this date issued payment to you in the amount of $699.40. We thank you for your cooperation in concluding this matter.)
