ARC was great. You were very prompt in all responses and made the entire process very easy. My complaints are with Amazon. To start with, the Amazon prime driver ran over our mailbox stand and left without telling anybody. Fortunately, my neighbor saw him do this. I had to go through a lot of effort to get to speak to a person who then directed me to your company. Once I got in contact with you folks, everything went very smoothly.
