4 days after the first van tore up my yard another Amazon van tore it up worse. He went off the driveway into the yard and had to slam on the brakes so he wouldn't hit the house. I sent in a picture and video. Haven't heard anything

She is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for guiding me through the process to get reimbursement for the damage to our property. She is truly a bright light in all the stress of this situation. This should have been mentioned to me the first time I called about the paint spill. I had to call a second time to discuss the mess before a claim was mentioned. I didn’t know that Amazon would pay for property damage.

After having to jump through some hoops, it appears that my claim will be settled in a satisfactory manner. Let me also say that I have never had a problem with Amazon whatsoever and will continue to do business with them in the future.
