I was a bit confused by the form as it seems to lean more toward traffic accidents than property damage and I was worried when the check was so slow to arrive. On the other hand, the ARC team was very prompt and helpful in this situation.

Claim value was lower than expected, adjuster initially saw "no issue" because the damage is not initially apparent and doesn't set in til time has passed. Additionally some of the damage cannot be seen at all as it's out of sight.

It bothers me that I feel I wasn’t believed about what happened. Amazon wanted a photo or video of the driver walking on our freshly sealed driveway and stepping with his tarred boots onto our concrete sidewalk.
