The representative that I spoke to about my issue was awesome, keep apologizing about the damage to my property and I keep telling her it’s not that bad!! Accidents happen I just think the driver in the future should always come back and explain what happened instead of us finding out on our own that’s the only complaint I have. I had contemplated for about a day whether to get in touch with AZ after witnessing the damage of our property when it happened. My other option was to talk to our home insurance company, not to any independent insurance agent, and see what it says. Home insurance claim of property damage by any individual would require a police report first followed by visit by insurance adjuster, including many more phone calls, then challenging the insurance estimate, etc. Thus the second option seemed to be a very long process with lots of uncertainties about the final outcome. Also, another catch was my deduction for accidental damage and my actual damage was far below that limit. Therefore I had searched the Internet for AZ contact number to report property damage by AZ delivery truck. Luckily I was able to find that toll-free number very easily by Internet search. Then I made only one phone call and talked to two different individuals who were genuinely interested to resolve my concern without any skepticism and or doubt. They trusted me and I was truthful to them. The whole process was very similar to returning items to AZ for a refund and or replacement by a new one. It was not a difficult process and the system had taken care of my damage report with a very satisfactory end result. I was paid in full for my damage estimate. My damage estimate included actual cost(s) of all broken and or damaged items without any depreciation factor. Once I receive the check, I will be able to buy all those items from a local Job Lot store, Grainger Industrial Supply and a mail order nursery. This will take some time, and I will be able to undertake the repair process as soon as convenient. Thank you!

Things could be done a little more consistently without so much overlap. I received multiple emails (probably 5?) over several days asking me to fill out the claim form, even though I had already done so. It made me think it had not gone through the first time, but I could not get an answer from the chat function from the ARC website. I didn't know anything until I finally got a strangely worded email a week later saying it had been approved and they would issue payment soon. It just seemed quite shady, with the strange wording and minimal updating. But overall, I'm so glad we were able to work through this and get it resolved! Thank you SO much! This is such a blessing!

At first I called several times and tried to get the issue resolved and never received a call back. Never received an email like I was told but once I called back in and actually talked to someone it was handled promptly.
