From the 1st email on the reps misspelled my name. I tried several times to correct them to no avail. Not a way to make a customer feel like they are important

Please be advised that I actually saw the Amazon delivery driver drive over my lawn, and in doing so caused damage to my septic tank cover. The estimate for damages has been submitted to ARC. I expect no less than $1300.00 to repair the damage. The $200.00 goodwill gesture is not acceptable. I am a long time customer of Amazon, I look forward to this claim being settled, for the repair estimate that I provided. Respectfully, Lindy walker

Thank you for a courteous, professional and speedy resolution. This was the most unpleasant incident I have ever had with Amazon and I have been a customer from the early 1990s. This driver needs extra training in dealing with customers. I am satisfied but of course now I will have to actually find someone to repair the unnecessary and thoughtless damage to my property.

I submitted the requested photos with my initial claim but they apparently didn’t attach or send. I was informed via email that they were still needed and then attached to the email the needed photos. That was the only glitch but otherwise everything was timely and efficient.
