Excellent customer service. Very impressed to this point. They have indicated payment has been released today, April 13, 2022. I'm hoping it is completed this satisfactory and I'm not wondering where payment is 2 months from now. Otherwise, great to date.

I just deposited the check and it seems to have been accepted. Provided I have no future issues with said deposit then this was a clean and very efficient process. It was my first experience of this type of transaction but I would not hesitate to reassure friends that it is acceptable.

I have an appointment for repair of my vehicle. I didn't receive any compensation for a rental car. I feel I'm without a vehicle and the accident was totally the fault of your driver. All of the response (except the driver) from the company were very considerate.
