Thanks. My primary objective is for you to train your drivers to not damage properties. They all need to be able to back up and back out instead of taking costly short cuts! We order a lot of things that are delivered here by delivery vehicles. Drive In-Back out, Back in-Drive out, Stay on the Pavement!

I found it VERY difficult to get in touch with the property damage team. With some guidance from several different amazon teams, I made the connection and things went smoothly. The only area for improvement was with the first call with property damage. I was asked to provide a tracking ID. However, this package was a gift, and I no longer had access to this info. I had to provide consent to proceed with generating a clam without the ID. This still doesn't make sense to me. I asked about the reasoning and was told we could proceed. The fact that I was asked made me think there was a liability not discussed. Otherwise, the claim process was simple and timely.

I was informed that an adjuster would contact me. I waited in vain for said contact. I then took matters into my own hands, pressed the case, and submitted an estimate. After that, resolution was prompt and pleasant. Amazon's delivery truck ran into our garage door and there were no extenuating circumstances. I had rather hoped that Amazon and/or the insurance company would take the initiative; but no, I had to.

The driver who caused the damage was so rude, it was shocking. Never encountered that with delivery people before. He gave me the wrong phone number to call, but that person kindly connected me to the right person, who was great. I am grateful for the quick resolution. The driver should be told to interact better with people- i said he didn’t sound very sorry and he nastily said what do you want me to do, cry about it and he refused to give me his name. Wow, awful. But thank you for quick resolution.
