The communication between me and adjuster, etc. Was not efficient. I even have asked the same question twice, and still don't have a response.

It was difficult initially because there was no clear directions where to file claimI login into my account and when I got live person on the phone,they transferred me to many places until there was someone to take my verbal report and assigned me a claim # From there it was ok except I am 72 years old with very limited ability to navigate internet.Nikki Goss was my adjuster and she guided me on phone how to email required documents.I am very grateful to her

I felt the adjuster could have been more proactive with internal due diligence of the event causing the damage. I had to insist on internal review. Once I did, the claim was researched and concluded satisfactorily.

Difficult to submit the claim for using the Safari browser on an iPad Pro. Had to use the Edge browser on my PC to finally get it to submit.
