It was extremely difficult to find out how to report the claim. The driver that caused the damage was rude and no help. Had to search online for information. One chat line actually tried to sell me a $46 a month legal advice membership! Once I finally got connected here everything went very well. Amazon should make the information regarding filing a claim easier to find.

No one contacted me after my claim. I waited over 1 week and called myself. The person I talked to was very friendly and efficient. She was very helpful.
