I already gave the handling of this claim an excellent rating. I just wanted to add that everyone: the delivery man whose truck caused the damage (Omar who notified me of the accident), the supervisor (Sagar) who sent me the driver's photo, Bonnie who handled the claim at ARC and another ARC or Amazon rep were very pleasant and prompt in handling this matter. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at how this claim would be handled since the pictures of the damage didn't really show the true nature of the damage. I was also skeptical of having to deal with such a large corporation and thought I would be given the "run-around". Having said that, I think the offer from Amazon was fair and practical and the response time was quite fast, almost immediate. Thanks for this experience and I hope I don't have to go through this again. despite the positives. Stephen Karlson

Once my claim was reviewed, I found it to be quickly processed. Speaking to the employees, was a pleasure, and they were very helpful. Thankfully we had security video and that sped the process along. It makes your job that much easier as well.

Only issue for me is that you wanted an estimate on the form which needed to be submitted in 24 hours so I could only guesstimate which fell 100.00 below the actual coat but that was taken care of quickly. You should give a bit more time for an estimate. I had to get a labor charge, luckily my handyman was able to give one to me within 4 days. I do want to know that this delivery driver will not be doing anymore deliveries to my home!!!!

I am pleased with the resolution of my claim by ARC. The communication was the best part of this experience. I would highly recommend to others to be mindful of getting as much info at the moment of any incident. (Drivers name, truck #, license plate #, video of driver & damage to property and try to have a witness to substantiate your claim. Overall I am pleased with ARC Claims in providing a settlement for damage to my property. Thank you
