Process with ARC was seem less. I can’t say the same regarding my experience with Amazon customer service. I was asked to obtain package delivery information (I.e. tracking codes) for a package that wasn’t even mine but actually a neighbors.

Arc was very easy to work with. The difficult part was going to through Amazon in the first place to get in touch with arc. Got bounced around on the phone and hung up on several times with Amazon before they got me in touch with arc. Amazon should make it easier on the website to contact them and get in touch with arc.
