After an initial claim form that was submitted in May 2021 and never followed up on (even after sending them multiple emails, but not having been provided a phone # to call), I received a phone # from a subsequent submission. After calling this number, the agent was very helpful and promptly resolved the claim. Thank you!

I appreciate how promptly my claim was initiated. However, the claim form asked for the total amount of property damage which I filled out. It does not take into account the cost of the install of a new post and mailbox that I will now have to pay someone to repair the damage. I was under the impression that I would be hearing from a claims specialist where I could inquire about how the cost of paying someone to install the new mailbox and post would be handled.
