They quoted me an amount via email and I received an email stating an amount lesser than what we agreed and didn't respond to me correcting it.

1) The amount received was less than expected, 2) No appraiser came to inspect the damage; 3) no opportunity was provided to negotiate the amount, 4) I doubt a masonry contractor could repair the damage for only $100 (what I received from you).

You didn't ask what I wanted. You really think I want to fix the ruts in my yard and reseed it?! YOUR driver messed up my yard, YOU should fix it. It's kinda a slap in the face that I have to get out there and correct YOUR mistake.
