Katie Scott was very good to work with. People skills excellent and resolved my claim in a timely manner. Excellent communication in updates. I had email challenge on my end.?Talked to her personally. Hopefully my check will arrive this week.

I received an initial email but did not receive the email with a link to a claim form until after I called nearly a month later. Maybe I missed the claim form email? The claim form process and follow up by the adjuster, Dan, were straightforward and prompt. Resolution to the claim was timely and fair, as well.
