Lauren Birsner was very professional, through, easy to talk with. She had great people skills, and is very knowledgeable in her field. if she is not a supervisor, she should be, she is a super asset to the company, and that is rare in this day and age.

When I called with a question about the status of my claim today , my call was answered promptly. The agent who took my call looked over my documents and photos and estimate and said she could issue a check today. I was pleased that nothing further was required.

I couldn't believe how helpful and smooth this process was. My claims agent was Christine and she was so helpful. I expected this to be long and drawn out with me having to jump through many hoops! I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent Customer Service!! Thanks so much! Suzanne Steven
