I have been informed that a check for the amount of the estimate to repair the damage is in the mail. Assuming that I do receive this check within the week, I will be totally satisfied with the resolution of this issue. I understand that accidents do happen. I would hope that the driver of the largest trucks has been informed they should not be driven down the drive of homes, (I am not talking about the van size which is fine but the larger ones). The representatives were very helpful and your process was very professionally handled. I do appreciate it.

Thank you....efficiency and understanding....I like that....I never wanted to but it was very unprofessional for the driver to come in my driveway to keep from walking maybe 20 steps to my porch....but the resolve is accepted
