Things were hard to get the claims adjuster to understand. His truck brought more damage, even after the contractor seals the cracks we will see the color change until we can seal the road. So really it will cost another $2000 next year.

Although I still had to come out of pocket to fix my mailbox but I do appreciate the $300 that were sent towards it to help me to rebuild my mailbox my mother gave me that box before she passed away and it meant a lot to me thank you for the consideration and taking your responsibility and a prompt matter thank you

There was a delay because I did not initially submit an estimate to repair the damage. I assumed someone would view the damage and make an estimate. Once I obtained an estimate the claim was approved and I received payment within 45 days.
