Again, ARC is much more accessible than the company it represents, Amazon. If Amazon was truly responsive to the source of my complaints I would not need to interact with ARC. Having said that, there is no absolutely no incentive for ARC to forward this thought to Amazon.:)

ARC Representative (Frank Evans) was very responsive, professional, friendly and diligent. Great follow-through. Good understanding of position of both parties. He is a good listener, respectful, and was swift to resolve.

The issue was resolved quickly and subsequent to my claim I noticed drivers are either parking on the roadway or carefully backing down the driveway, which lets me know the issue has been addressed with staff also. Thank you.

Took some time to finally reach a person who could actually help with the claim. Had to work up the ladder to (supervisor?). Once there, it was easily resolved, but your software to upload claim documents was a bit frustrating, but in the end I did get that to work. Overall fine, never expected a driver to run a vehicle at speed into a garage door. Fortunately the car inside was missed by 2 inches. Overall, okay. I still use Amazon for a lot a things. I do appreciate Prime.

Accidents happen and the process to be reimbursed for the damage was painless stress free and very easy! I was impressed with dealing with this issue
