The rep, Monae, made it as painless as possible to get the damage to my car repaired after the Amazon delivery truck backed into me. I appreciate also the rental car, too!

There was confusion because the delivery was to our neighbor but the damage was to our yard but that eventually was clarified and then promptly resolved

I will be happy once I receive the check. The representatives were all extremely professional and helpful. I called a few times to get the process started, but once I did, everything went just fine. Ms. Monae Cobb was extremely helpful and I do appreciate her efforts in resolving the issue.
