Your e-mail of 2/17/2020 indicated the claim had been granted and the check issued on February 17, 2020. As of Sunday, 3/1/2020, the check has not arrived. From anywhere in the continental U.S., if the check was indeed authorized, and sent to the correct address, it should have arrived by now. I attempted to send an e-mail, which has completely disappeared from my computer, It will be resent. The loss of that e-mail is not your fault.

The claim form only offers issues regarding property or auto. I had an incident involving my dog so maybe adding an 'other' option would be good.
