The case rep was very responsive. I felt that it was handled appropriately. My issues is that I was told 14 business days for the check. It took over 22 (maybe longer). Since I got check, not a big deal.

I was passed to four different people before I was offered a claim. Although I am happy with the results I had to work for it: 1/2 hour of being online.

It has been 5 weeks and we have not received our reimbursement check. ARC started strong on this claim, but has failed at completing the customer experience and service. Please address ASAP.
