Prompt courteous service in resolving the matter. They made me an offer right away, but I told them no. I needed to get estimates first. They had no problem with that. I got the estimates to them and they agreed on the price. No problems anywhere. Very happy with the way it was handled from start to finish.

There was some confusion at first with me thinking an adjuster would come out and have the damage repaired. It also took some time for me, who does not take or upload a lot of pictures, to attach pictures of the damaged storm door to the claim. After that it was resolved very quickly. Thank you.

It is unfortunate that as an Amazon customer we even need to have any interaction with regards to a property claim. But I can say that ARC handled, what could be a unpleasant customer interaction, into one that was resolved promptly and fairly. Thank you.
