The interface to the online claim form does not work very well with an ipad. Some of my text ended up in the wrong fields and in the process some information was overwritten.

This experience was the most rapid experience I have ever encountered with an insurance agency. Completely the claim form was very fundamental as it was and overall less stressful process.
