It would have been nice to talk to an actual person through this process. As I explained , I am a 73 year old man who is not very tech savvy. For someone younger and tech savvy, this way would have been very easy. One more complaint, sending a check repairs the damage while anywhere along the process of solving this issue, an apology would have seemed nice..... Thank You....!!

Personally I think the delivery driver needs to be respectful of the homeowners property. Because none of them would want someone to drive on their yard and cause damage. This is the third incident with 13 months. Thanks for your quick response to resolve the claim.

I wish that they would have given me a little more time to fill out the claim form, before telling me they had not heard from me and were closing the case. I am 71 years old ---not everyone is glued to their cell phones and computers 24/7 in my generation and where I live, service doesn't always exist!
