I was actually very pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to file this claim, and how quickly it was resolved with no hiccups. The property damage has already been corrected, thanks to the alacrity of your response, and I greatly appreciate that.

Because this claim process was new to me, it was a little challenging ensuring my communication was received. In fact, there was a threat to close the claim if no communication was received although I had filled out and submitted the claim form twice. Anyway, all worked out in the end.

The woman from ARC was fantastic. Amazon customer service is the worst ever. I wasn't after money. I wanted assurances that the driver that backed over my tree/shrubs FOUR times never comes back down my street ever again.

From the reviews i had read i will be honest that i was a bit worried when submitting my claim. However my experience was completely the opposite. Very prompt response, very simple, very efficient, very fast and moreover very friendly. I succumbed to the carrot and took the payment for damage to my property but I really wanted that Amazon driver to be held accountable for her actions.
