Your customer service was excellent and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. As it moved through your system I had to repeat some of the information but this was not a huge problem as I understand this must be a complicated process and you must all have a very heavy work load. My biggest concern was that the driver not be reprimanded for the damage. I live in a rural area that is very dark at night. I also worry about the safety of the drivers who have to make deliveries in the dark with a heavy workload and tight schedule. When I made my initial report I chatted on line with a representative that assured me the driver would not receive any repercussions under the circumstances. The incident was reported and acknowledged immediately, needed evidence- photos sent - once received this was quickly resolved. Very efficient process.

I was very impressed with my experience with ARC. They responded to me very quickly after the incident (literally, a day later), they were diligent in their emails, direction, and responses. Information was clearly presented. And the settlement was very fair. Amazon has an excellent partner in ARC.
