Initially the rep stated my son was not considered a witness to the accident as a minor, this is wrong, he’s a valid witness in court of law

I also want to acknowledge that the driver that cause the damage was polite and apologetic, he could of drove off without a care but he stay and represented his company with ethics . Unfortunately it’s a busy street with minimum parking and I see it as an honest mistake .
