No one reached out after I filed the claim, I called twice and left messages and no one returned my calls. I spoke with Amazon a 2nd time and they assured me that it was being handled and still nothing, I had to send an email and finally got a response. From the time I filed the claim on 2-27-22, I finally received payment 3-9-22. I just wish there had been a little more communication.
